Not a good place for a family stay
The staff was nice to me and my mom, and it was close to the hospital. Sure it's convenient, but convenience doesn't excuse the many flaws.
For a high price, it was barely acceptable.

The hotel offers a continental breakfast. The helpful and caring staff helps you in any way. This venue has stunning location close to West End attractions. The property has a shuttle to downtown and it's also so close to the Vanderbilt medical center and good restaurants and Close to Vanderbilt University.

Nothing but a comfortable room
No Ice machine...have to freeze trays after a 5 hour drive in 90 degree weather....no common area...had to smoke my cigar in the parking garage

I had a great experience at this hotel, especially enjoying the well-equipped kitchenette and the comfy bed that made settling in a breeze. Their cozy lounge area was perfect for unwinding after a long day, and I appreciated the chance to catch some sun by the pool. The only downside was some renovation work going on, but it didn't bother me at all. 😊

Comfortable Stay with Great Service
My solo night was good. The staff quickly accommodated my coffee request, delivering it to my room promptly. The bed felt luxurious and the bathroom was clean, though I wished for a trash can nearby. Perfect for a short stay exploring Nashville.

What eggs?
No breakfast bar- only a "grab and go". room not as clean as it should have been. Price too high for the room I got. Kitchenette did not come stocked; what was point in having if I had to ask for everything? Very short staffed at check in

We had to ask for kitchen utensils, no spoons or anything like that, the breakfast was collect and go i.e. no proper breakfast or breakfast room and our bedroom was not serviced with no clean towels or beds made, the receptionist knew little about Nashville when asked for advice and the person above us kept us awake most of the night with constant banging and walking around their room.It was not as described as per your website. Never again.
